I need an item sooner, can you help!

We hold many of our Childrens items in stock and can send out within 2-3 working days. We also hold a considerable stock of our Bridesmaid Dresses and separates, simply email us on saffandsass@gmail.com to find out more. 

I would like to see the colours can I order fabric samples?

We are delighted to offer fabric swatches of all of our colours which can be ordered directly via the swatch page on our website. Samples take approximately 4-7 working days to arrive from the date of order.

Do I need to place all of my order at the same time?

To ensure colour continuity we do advise that all items must be ordered at the same time. This is because colour dye-batches can vary ever so slightly in between orders and by placing your order at the same time we can ensure your items are cut from the same batch of fabric.

Do you do custom orders for different sizes?

Everyone is unique and at Saff & Sass we are delighted to offer the option of custom sizing on our dresses and separates. Our custom size option is reasonable at 20GBP extra per dress however please note that custom made dresses are non-returnable as they are made to the individual and can take 6-8 weeks to create the perfect made-to-measure dress. 

Do you do other dress designs?

We are always open to hearing new ideas and are always developing our own range. If you have something specific in mind do drop us a message and we can see how we can help. 

My bridesmaid is pregnant, can you help me find a dress for her?

Having been a mum 3 times I certainly know how tricky it is to find the perfectdres so we are delighted to offer maternity options for all of our bridesmaid and separate ranges.  Please do email us at saffandsass@gmail.com to find out how to do our custom sizing option and to discuss with us the best styles to suit your bridesmaids.

Do you have any more photos?

We have an extensive range of photos of our dresses from real life to studio shots and share these on our fantastic Instagram and Facebook pages @saffandsass.

I would like to view the dresses, how can I do this?

We are based online however we do understand the need for some brides to see the dresses up close so we do hold a very limited stock in the UK and can do a send out service upon request. The customer will cover the cost of the postage for send out and return and during the time of receipt of the items we will hold a deposit of the full value of the items. Once returned within 14 days in original condition and packaging the holding deposit is automatically refunded. Please do email us at saffandsass@gmail.com to speak to us about the colours, styles and sizes we may have in stock for you to try.  

We are also, excitingly, taking a premises in the beautiful rolling countryside of Wiltshire and watch this space to be able to book appointments soon!  

How long do orders take?

All Bridesmaid Dresses are made to order by our tailors into standard UK sizings as per the size charts on our website. Our tailors are handpicked for their attention to detail and the beautiful products they make and are also friends who we have made along the way. To ensure they get the perfect finish it takes 4-5 weeks to get your order to you for standard sizes and 6-8 weeks for custom sizes. We do hold a stock of our other items which can be sent out in 1-2 Business days - contact us to find out more.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes we deliver all over the world and are able to use Royal Mail Tracked International or DHL.  Please contact us at saffandsass@gmail.com so that we can look into delivery costs and timings.

We understand the time constraints on planning your wedding. If you have a date fast approaching then please do contact us and we can see if we can help you.

How do I go about returning goods?

All return items must be received within 14 days of the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with labels attached. Items that have been requested in custom sizings or with custom colours are not eligible for refunds as they are entirely bespoke to the individual.
