All dresses should be ordered at the same time to ensure they are cut from the same dye-lot this will ensure colour consistency across all items. Colours displayed on your screen may vary from the actual fabric colour. You can order up to three free fabric samples before placing your order.
All Saff & Sass Bridesmaid Dresses are made to order by our tailors to standard UK sizings so it can take 4-5 weeks to get your order to you.
We do hold a stock of our Mens, Boys, Dressing Gowns and some Flower girl items which can be dispatched with 2-3 Business Days. To check our stock please email us on saffandsass@gmail.com.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the first date of receipt of the order.
All return items must be received within 14 days of the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original labelling.
In regards to custom colours or sizings, if prior requested, these items are non-returnable.
